Kynurenine/alpha-aminoadipate aminotransferase, mitochondrial, yang juga dikenal sebagai alpha-aminoadipate aminotransferase dan kynurenine aminotransferase 2, adalah enzim mitokondria yang pada manusia dikodekan oleh gen AADAT. Enzim ini mengubah alfa-aminoadipat menjadi alfa-ketoadipat. Enzim ini juga merupakan salah satu dari kynurenine—oxoglutarate transaminase.[4]
