AN/FPS-16

AN/FPS-16 adalah sebuah radar pelacakan objek tunggal single object tracking radar (SOTR) sangat akurat monopulse berbasis darat, digunakan secara luas oleh program berawak ruang angkasa NASA, Angkatan Udara AS dan Angkatan Darat AS. Keakuratan Radar Set AN/FPS-16 adalah sedemikian rupa sehingga data posisi yang diperoleh dari target point-source memiliki azimuth dan elevasi kesalahan sudut kurang dari 0,1 milliradian (sekitar 0.006 derajat) dan kesalahan kisaran kurang dari 5 meter (5 m) dengan rasio signal-to-noise dari 20 desibel atau lebih.
