Abdullah Abdullah (bahasa Persia: عبدالله عبدالله lahir 5 September 1960), M.D., adalah politikus Afganistan dan juga dokter medis. Ia menjadi kandidat pemilihan presiden Afganistan 2009 dan hanya memperoleh 30.5% dari jumlah suara.
Pada tanggal 1 November 2009, Abdullah keluar dari runoff election yang akan diadakan enam hari kemudian pada 7 November.[1]
