Acer longipes adalah spesies mapel dari Asia. Tumbuhan ini hanya ditemukan di Tiongkok (Chongqing, Guangxi, Henan, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Shaanxi).[2]

Acer longipes merupakan pohon kecil yang tingginya mencapai 10 meter, dengan kulit kayu berwarna ungu. Daunnya tidak majemuk, tipis dan seperti kertas, dengan lebar hingga 14 cm dan panjang 15 cm, biasanya memiliki 3 lobus, namun terkadang 5 atau tidak memiliki lobus sama sekali.[2][3]
