Agrafobia

Agrafobia (disebut juga dengan kontreltofobia atau kontrektofobia) adalah rasa ketakutan berlebihan terhadap tindak kekerasan seksual. Fobia ini juga mencakup rasa takut terhadap pemerkosaan ataupun segala hubungan yang menjurus ke arah kekerasan seksual.[1] Penyebab fobia ini dipercaya karena adanya suatu trauma atau kejadian yang menstimulai kecemasan tersebut, juga oleh karena interaksi kompleks antara faktor lingkungan, biologis dan genetik yang mendasari munculnya agrafobia.[2] Gejala yang muncul pada fobia ini antara lain jantung berdebar, sesak napas (hiperventilasi), berkeringat, pusing, mual dan gemetar.[3] Walaupun biasanya tidak perlu pengobatan, tetapi terapi yang diberikan pada penderita fobia secara umum dapat berupa konseling, hipnosis ataupun obat-obatan.
