Akademi Militer Theresia (bahasa Jerman: Theresianische Militärakademie, TherMilAk) adalah sebuah akademi militer yang terletak di kota Wiener Neustadt di Austria. Di sekolah ini, Angkatan Bersenjata Austria melatih perwira-perwira mereka. Sekolah ini didirikan pada tanggal 14 Desember 1751 atas perintah dari Maria Theresia kepada marsekal lapangan Leopold Joseph von Daun: Mach er mir tüchtige Officier und rechtschaffene Männer daraus ("Berikan aku perwira-perwira yang giat dan orang-orang yang jujur"). Akademi ini merupakan salah satu akademi militer tertua di dunia.
