Akademi Seni dan Sastra Amerika adalah sebuah perhimpunan kehormatan 250 anggota; tujuannya adalah "mengedepankan, membantu dan menindaklanjuti" kesusastraan, musik dan seni rupa Amerika Serikat. Terletak di kawasan Washington Heights, Manhattan, New York City, akademi tersebut berbagi Audubon Terrace, sebuah kompleks di Broadway antara West 155th dan 156th Streets, dengan Hispanic Society of America dan Boricua College.
