Alberto Gatmaitan Rómulo (lahir 7 Agustus 1933) adalah seorang politikus dan diplomat Filipina. Ia menjabat di Filipina dalam berbagai jabatan sebagai Menteri Eksekutif, Menteri Keuangan, Menteri Urusan Luar Negeri dan Menteri Biaya. Jabatan terkininya adalah pemimpin Kementerian Urusan Luar Negeri[1] sebelum dan saat periode awal pemerintahan Presiden Benigno Aquino III.
