Alphonse Mingana (lahir dengan nama Hurmiz Mingana; bahasa Suryani: ܗܪܡܙ ܡܢܓܢܐ, pada 1878 di Sharanesh, sebuah desa dekat Zakho (kini Irak) - meninggal pada 5 Desember 1937 di Birmingham, Inggris) adalah seorang teolog, sejarawan, Siriakis, orientalis dan mantan pendeta Asiria yang dikenal karena mengumpulkan dan menyajikan Koleksi Mingana dari manuskrip-manuskrip Timur Tengah kuno di Birmingham. Seperti kebanyakan orang Asiria di wilayah Zakho, keluarganya berasal dari Gereja Katolik Kaldea. Alphonse lahir dari pasangan Paolus dan Maryam Nano, serta memiliki tujuh saudara.
