Amang
Amang (bahasa Inggris : tailing) adalah bahan yang tertinggal setelah pemisahan fraksi bernilai bijih besi. Dalam pertambangan batu bara dan pasir minyak, kata amang merujuk secara spesifik ke limbah murni yang tertinggal di air .
Amang menggambarkan ongkos pertambangan luar. Karena teknik pertambangan dan harga mineral meningkat, amang tak biasa diproses kembali menggunakan metode baru, atau secara keseluruhan menggunakan cara lama, untuk memperoleh mineral tambahan.
