Ananus ben Ananus (Ibrani: חנן בן חנן Hanan ben Hanan; Yunani: Ἀνάνου Ἄνανος Ananos putra Ananos; Latin: Anani Ananus atau Ananus filius Anani; wafat 68 M) adalah seorang Imam Agung Israel di Yerusalem, Yudea pada abad pertama Masehi. Ia menjadi Imam Agung yang memerintahkan perajaman Yakobus, saudara Yesus (Yakobus orang Adil), menurut Antiquities of the Jews karya Josephus.
