Aphanomyces adalah sebuah genus jamur air. Hingga tahun 2003, terdapat sekitar 45 spesies yang telah dideskripsikan. Banyak dari jamur air ini dikenal sebagai patogen penting secara ekologis bagi berbagai spesies tumbuhan dan hewan, termasuk ikan, krustasea, dan tanaman pertanian.
