Apper adalah antarmuka aplikasi untuk layanan manajemen paket PackageKit dari KDE. Apper dapat disandingkan dengan Ubuntu Software Center dan juga proyek AppStream. Apper telah digunakan dalam beberapa distribusi seperti Fedora dan openSUSE.[2]
