Arak Shaoxing adalah salah satu varietas paling terkenal dari huangjiu, atau arak Tiongkok tradisional, yang dihasilkan dari fermentasi nasi. Arak ini berasal dari wilayah Shaoxing, di provinsi Zhejiang di sebelah timur Tiongkok dan dapat digunakan sebagai minuman dan juga untuk memasak sebagai penyedap dalam masakan Tiongkok. Arak Shaoxing telah dikenal secara internasional dan dapat dijumpai di Tiongkok Daratan, serta di Taiwan dan Asia Tenggara.[1]
