Arcigay (bahasa Italia: Associazione LGBTI italiana) adalah organisasi gay nasional pertama dan terbesar di Italia.[1][2] Asosiasi tersebut mula-mula didirikan sebagai asosiasi lokal di Palermo pada 1980, kemudian secara nasional didirikan di Bologna pada 1985.[1]
