Armanda Berta dos Santos (lahir 11 Oktober 1974) adalah seorang politikus Timor Leste. dan ketua partai politik Kmanek Haburas Unidade Nasional Timor Oan (KHUNTO). Ia adalah anggota paling senior dari dua Wakil Perdana Menteri petahana, yang menjabat sejak Mei 2020 di bawah Pemerintahan Konstitusional Timor Leste VIII pimpinan Taur Matan Ruak.[1] Ia juga menjadi Menteri Solidaritas Sosial dan Inklusi petahana, yang menjabat sejak pemerintahan tersebut dibentuk pada Juni 2018.[2]
