Armero
Armero ialah sebuah kotamadya di Kolombia yang hancur akibat meletusnya Gunung Nevado del Ruiz pada tanggal 13 November 1985.
Kota ini didirikan pada tahun 1895, namun tak diakui secara resmi hingga tanggal 29 September 1908, oleh Presiden Rafael Reyes Prieto. Awalnya dinamai San Lorenzo, kota ini berganti nama menjadi Armero pada tahun 1930 untuk memperingati seorang martir bernama José León Armero. Kota ini dijuluki sebagai "kota putih" karena merupakan penghasil kapas terbesar di Kolombia. Sampai tahun 1985, kota ini adalah daerah pertanian yang makmur.
