Arqa (bahasa Arab: عرقا, translit. ʿArqā; bahasa Akkadia: 𒅕𒋡𒋫, translit. Irqata) adalah sebuah desa di Lebanon[1] dekat Miniara di Kegubernuran Akkar, Lebanon, 22 km timur laut Tripoli, dekat pantai. Kota ini merupakan negara-kota yang terkenal selama Zaman Besi. Kota Irqata mengirimkan 10.000 tentara ke koalisi melawan raja Asyur dalam Pertempuran Qarqar. Bekas keuskupan tersebut menjadi takhta tituler Katolik ganda (Latin dan Maronit). Kaisar Romawi Alexander Severus lahir di sana. Kota ini penting karena Tel Arqa, situs arkeologi yang berasal dari zaman Neolitikum, dan selama Perang Salib terdapat sebuah kastil yang penting secara strategis.[2]
