Artav (’rt’w “yang Adil”, juga dieja Artabanus)^[3] adalah seorang raja Khwarezmia yang memerintah Khwarezmia di wilayah Asia Tengah pada paruh kedua abad kedua. Dia adalah raja kedua dari kerajaan yang tidak disebutkan namanya di Khwarezmia, yang didirikan oleh pendahulunya, yang namanya tidak diketahui. Pada masa pemerintahannya, Artav memulai pembangunan kota Toprak-Kala, yang menjadi ibu kotanya.^[4]

Beberapa uang logamnya ditemukan di ibu kotanya Toprak-Kala, bersama dengan uang logam penguasa Kekaisaran Kushan, Vima Kadfises dan Kanishka.^[5]
