Aspic dengan ayam dan telur

Aspik (/ˈæspɪk/)[1] adalah sebuah hidangan di mana bahan-bahannya dimasukkan dalam sebuah gelatin yang terbuat dari kaldu daging atau consommé. Hidangan manis tak gurih sering kali dibuat dengan campuran gelatin komersial tanpa kaldu atau consommé biasanya disebut jello salad di Amerika Serikat atau gelatin salads di tempat lain.
