Aston Martin DB5 diluncurkan pada tahun 1963 merupakan pengembangan kecil dari DB4 yang mendahuluinya. Kendaraan ini pernah dipakai sebagai mobil utama dalam film James Bond yaitu Goldfinger, Thunderball, GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, dan Casino Royale. Mobil ini menggunakan tenaga 282 daya kuda, dengan kecepatan maksimum 238 km/jam.
