Asy-Syamaliyah (bahasa Arab: الشمالية) adalah sebuah negara bagian di Sudan dengan luas wilayah 348.765 km² dan populasi ±900.000 jiwa (2018). Ibu kotanya ialah Dongola. Wadi Halfa, markas penguasa Britania Raya pada akhir abad ke-19, terletak di bagian utara Asy-Syamaliyah.
