Audi A6 adalah sebuah mobil eksekutif yang dijual dan dipasarkan oleh pabrikan otomotif Jerman Audi AG. Audi A6 merupakan penerus dari Audi 100. Diproduksi di Neckarsulm, Jerman – dan tersedia dalam berbagai model seperti sedan dan wagon (versi wagon dikenal dengan "Avant").
Semua generasi Audi A6 ditawarkan dengan penggerak roda depan atau penggerak 4 roda yang biasanya disebut sebagai Quattro. Audi A6 generasi kedua dan ketiga berbagi platform dengan model lainnya yaitu Audi A6 allroad quattro.
