Audi S6 adalah versi sedan berperforma tinggi dari Audi A6, diproduksi oleh pabrikan otomotif Jerman, Audi.[1] Audi S6 mulai dijual tahun 1994, tidak lama setelah A6 diperkenalkan untuk menggantikan "100". Audi S6 generasi awal mempunyai ukuran yang sama persis dengan Audi S4 (C4) generasi awal, perbedaannya hanya sedikit pada bodi dan penamaan merek. Di beberapa negara di mana RS6 tidak dijual, maka Audi S6 menjadi tipe tertinggi dari Audi A6.
Seperti kebanyakan Audi model "S", A6 juga dilengkapi dengan sistem penggerak 4 roda khas Audi yang mereka namakan quattro.
