Australian Secret Intelligence Service (ASIS; /ˈeɪsɪs/) adalah badan intelijen asing Australia. ASIS dibentuk tahun 1952, tetapi keberadaannya baru diungkap tahun 1972. ASIS adalah bagian dari Australian Intelligence Community dan bertugas mengumpulkan intelijen asing, termasuk kontra-intelijen dan membina hubungan dengan badan intelijen negara-negara lain. ASIS sama seperti Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) di Britania Raya, Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) di Kanada, dan Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) di Amerika Serikat.
Menurut situs webnya, misi ASIS adalah "melindungi dan mengutamakan kepentingan Australia dengan menyediakan layanan intelijen asing sesuai amanat Pemerintah Australia."[2]
ASIS adalah bagian dari portofolio Departemen Luar Negeri dan Perdagangan. Direktur Jenderal ASIS melapor langsung ke Menteri Luar Negeri. Markas ASIS terletak di dalam kantor DFAT di Canberra. Direktur Jenderal ASIS saat ini adalah Paul Symon.[3]
