Azhar Levi Sianturi adalah seorang musisi dan teknisi mesin asal Indonesia. Ia dikenal dalam ranah musik sebagai mantan pemain bass untuk grup musik Kekal. Ia juga memiliki proyek grindcorenya sendiri yang bernama Mournphagy.[1][2] Pekerjaan profesionalnya adalah teknisi mesin dan ia juga dikenal sebagai penggemar kopi dan menjalankan toko kopinya sendiri di Jakarta yang disebut Orkidé Coffee.
