BAT99-7 adalah bintang Wolf-Rayet tipe WN yang terletak di Awan Magellan Besar, di rasi bintang Dorado, sekitar 160.000 tahun cahaya jauhnya. Bintang ini memiliki spektrum yang mengandung garis emisi yang sangat lebar, dan merupakan prototipe untuk bintang "garis bulat", yaitu bintang Wolf-Rayet yang spektrumnya dicirikan oleh garis emisi yang kuat dan lebar dengan profil garis yang bulat. Garis emisi yang lebar ini mengisyaratkan suhu yang sangat tinggi, hampir mencapai 160,000 Kelvin, yang menjadikannya bintang WN terpanas dari semua bintang WN yang suhunya telah diketahui, serta memiliki tingkat kehilangan massa yang luar biasa besar untuk ukuran bintang Wolf-Rayet di Awan Magellan Besar, yaitu 10−4,48 M☉/tahun, yang berarti bahwa setiap 30.200 tahun, bintang tersebut kehilangan massa setara dengan 1 massa matahari.[3]
