Bachendri Pal (lahir 24 Mei 1954) adalah seorang pendaki gunung asal India. Pada 1984, ia menjadi wanita India pertama yang mencapai puncak Gunung Everest.[1] Ia dianugerahi penghargaan sipil tertinggi ketiga Padma Bhusan oleh Pemerintah India pada 2019.[2]
