Bahasa Mansi dituturkan oleh orang Mansi di Rusia di sepanjang Sungai Ob dan anak sungainya, di Okrug Otonom Khanty–Mansi, dan Oblast Sverdlovsk. Secara tradisional dianggap sebagai satu bahasa, yang membentuk cabang dari rumpun bahasa Uralik, sering dianggap berkerabat dekat dengan bahasa Khanty yang bertetanggaan dan kemudian dengan bahasa Hungaria.
