Bangsa Sac dan Fox adalah suku terbesar dari tiga suku asli Amerika Sauk dan Meskwaki (Fox) yang diakui secara federal. Mereka dipaksa pindah ke Oklahoma dan kebanyakan adalah orang Sauk.[2]
