Bani Muzainah (bahasa Arab: بنو مزينة) adalah suku Arab pada masa nabi Islam Muhammad. Mereka terlibat dalam Ekspedisi Zaid bin Haritsah pada September 627 M (6 H dalam kalender Islam).[1] Pasukan di bawah pimpinan Zaid bin Haritsah dikirim ke Al-Jumum, kediaman Bani Salim pada tahun yang sama. Disana sekelompok anggota kafir ditangkap.[2][3] Seorang wanita dari Bani Muzainah juga ditangkap, dan dia memberitahu mereka jalan ke kamp musuh.[4] Bani Muzainah adalah suku Arab pagan yang kemudian masuk Islam.[5]
