Bank Sentral Luksemburg (bahasa Prancis: Banque Centrale du Luxembourg, BCL) adalah bank yang didirikan pada tahun 1998 pada saat yang sama dengan pendirian Bank Sentral Eropa. Bank ini didirikan berdasarkan undang-undang yang dikeluarkan pada 22 April dan 23 Desember 1998. Bank ini merupakan bagian dari Sistem Bank-Bank Sentral Eropa.

Markas Bank Sentral Luksemburg terletak di Boulevard Royal di Kota Luksemburg.
