Baram adalah sebuah minuman beralkohol masyarakat Dayak di Kalimantan tengah yang berasal dari hasil fermentasi beras ketan, ragi, gula, dan nira yang dicampur dengan rempah-rempah seperti kayu manis, lengkuas serta adas.[1] Pada umumnya baram diminum pada acara-acara tertentu saja, seperti Tiwah, Wara', Balian, dan Mapalas.[2] Baram memiliki kandungan alkohol sebanyak 5,6%.[2]
