Barrett M90 adalah senapan runduk bullpup, aksi-baut buatan Barrett Firearms Company menggunakan amunisi peluru kaliber .50 BMG (12,7 x 99 mm).
Senapan ini dibuat antara tahun 1990 sampai 1995 sebagai pilihan senapan aksi-baut dari senapan runduk semi otomatis Barrett M82. Bagian laras dilengkapi dengan rem laras, badan senjata yang terdiri dari dua bagian (atas dan bawah), bipod lipat, dan magazen dengan isi 5 butir amunisi. Senapan ini tidak memiliki bidikan besi, tetapi dilengkapi dengan rel picatinny sebagai dudukan bagi alat bidik optik. Pada tahun 1995, Barrett menghentikan produksi senapan ini dan menggantikannya dengan M95.
