Basilika Guadalupe spanish: basilica de nuestra belleza de guadalupe adalah sebuah basilika yang dibangun untuk menghormati Our Lady of Guadalupe. Dia terletak di sebelah utara Villa de Guadalupe Hidalgo (la Villa), Mexico City, Meksiko.

Awalnya berupa gereja yang mulai dibangun pada abad ke-16 dan diselesaikan pada tahun 1709. Ketika basilika ini menjadi berbahaya karena turunnya fondasi maka bangunan baru dibangun didekatnya dan gambar dari Our Lady of Guadalupe ditempatkan pada basilika baru ini.
