Basis data MANET

Basis data MANET merupakan basis data bioinformatika yang memetakan hubungan evolusioner arsitektur protein ke dalam jaringan biologis.[1] Basis ini pertama kali dikembangkan oleh Hee Shin Kim, Jay E. Mittenthal dan Gustavo Caetano-Anolles dari Departemen Ilmu Tanaman, Universitas Illinois Urbana-Champaign.[2] MANET melakukan fungsinya dengan mengintegrasikan data dari KEGG, SCOP adan rekonstruksi filogenomik struktural.[3]
