Batrakologi
Batrakologi, dari kata bahasa Yunani kuno βάτραχος (bátrakhos), yang artinya "katak", dan λόγος (lógos), yang artinya "kajian", adalah cabang zoologi yang berkaitan dengan kajian amfibi yang meliputi katak, salamander, dan sesilia. Ini adalah sub-disiplin dari herpetologi,[1] yang juga meliputi reptil non-burung (ular, kadal, kura-kura, crocodilia, dan tuatara). Batrakologis dapat mengkaji evolusi, ekologi, etologi, atau anatomi amfibi.
