BayArena adalah nama sebuah stadion sepak bola di Leverkusen, Jerman. Stadion ini merupakan kandang klub sepak bola Bayer Leverkusen sejak tahun 1958. Stadion ini awalnya dikenal dengan nama Stadion Ulrich-Haberland yang diambil dari nama mantan ketua Bayer AG, pendiri klub.
Kapasitas aslinya adalah 20.000. Pada tahun 1986, sebuah proyek pembangunan kembali mulai mengubahnya menjadi stadion dengan fasilitas modern. Proyek ini berjalan tersendat-sendat selama satu dekade. Proyek ini selesai pada tahun 1997 dan membuat stadion menjadi sangat modern dengan kapasitas 22.500 tempat duduk. Stadion ini berganti nama menjadi BayArena pada tahun 1998.
