Bea
Bea atau tarif adalah sebuah pajak terhadap barang impor atau ekspor antar negara berdaulat. Justifikasi utama untuk bea cukai adalah kebutuhan untuk memberikan standar hidup para tenaga kerja dalam menghadapi persaingan dari produk-produk impor.

Tarif sudah ada sejak yunani kuno.[1]
