Benjamin "Ben" Sharpsteen (4 November 1895 – 20 Desember 1980) adalah seorang sutradara dan produser film Amerika untuk Disney. Ia menyutradarai 31 film antara 1920 dan 1980.
Sharpsteen membuat sebuah museum yang mendokumentasikan sejarah jutawan pertama California Sam Brannan, sejarah Lembah Dataran Tinggi Napa dan kehidupan dan karya Sharpsteen di Museum Sharpsteen yang terletak di Calistoga, California.[2]
Ia meninggal di Kabupaten Sonoma, California.
