Beriev Be-103 Bekas (bahasa Rusia: Snipe)[2] adalah sebuah pesawat terbang laut amfibi yang dirancang oleh Beriev Aircraft Company dan dibuat oleh Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Production Association (KnAAPO) di Rusia. Ditujukan untuk operasi otonom di daerah yang tidak ditandai dari utara jauh Rusia dan Siberia, Be-103 dirancang untuk rute jarak pendek di daerah yang memiliki sungai, danau dan sungai, tetapi tidak terjangkau.

Pada 2010, tiga pesawat ini terdaftar di Amerika Serikat.[3] Pada tahun 2004 Cina menandatangani kontrak 20 juta dolar AS dengan KnAAPO untuk pengiriman 20 pesawat.[4]
