Bernard Fellay, SSPX (lahir 12 April 1958) adalah seorang uskup Swiss dan mantan superior general kelompok Katolik Tradisionalis Serikat Santo Pius X. Pada 1988, Paus Yohanes Paulus II mengumumkan bahwa Fellay dan tiga orang lainnya secara otomatis diekskomunikasi karena ditahbiskan menjadi uskup oleh Uskup Agung Marcel Lefebvre, suatu tindakan yang dianggap oleh Takhta Suci sebagai "tak berhukum" dan "skismatik".[1] Uskup Agung Lefebvre, dan Uskup Antônio de Castro Mayer yang menahbiskan empat uskup tersebut juga diekskomunikasi. Pada masa itu, ia menjadi uskup Gereja Katolik Roma termuda dalam usia 29 tahun.

Pada Januari 2009, atas permintaan Fellay,[2] Kongregasi bagi Uskup-uskup menarik ekskomunikasi tersebut atas perintah dari Paus Benediktus XVI.[3]
