Bernardino Baldi (5 Juni 1553 – 10 Oktober 1617) adalah seorang matematikawan dan penulis asal Italia.
Baldi berasal dari keluarga bangsawan asal Urbino, Marche, di mana ia lahir. Ia menjalani pendidikan di Padova, dan dikatakan dapat berbicara dalam sekitar enam belas bahasa pada masa hidupnya
