Klub
Besfort Zeneli mengawali karier seniornya bersama IF Elfsborg pada tahun 2022. Sejak tahun 2026, ia bermain untuk klub Belgia Union Saint-Gilloise.
Internasional
Zeneli pernah membela Kosovo U-21. Sejak tahun 2025, ia membela tim nasional Swedia. Ia turut memperkuat Swedia pada Piala Dunia FIFA 2026.[2]
