Beta macrocarpa, atau bit buah besar, adalah spesies tumbuhan berbunga dalam keluarga Amaranthaceae, yang berasal dari Kepulauan Kanari dan pesisir Mediterania.[1][2] Tumbuhan ini banyak digunakan untuk mempelajari beet necrotic yellow vein virus dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas bit gula.[3]
