Bethlehem Steel Corporation (1857–2003) adalah perusahaan baja yang berbasis di Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, Amerika Serikat yang pernah menjadi perusahaan baja terbesar ke dua di AS, di bawah US Steel. Pada tahun 2001, perusahaan ini bangkrut akibat lesunya industri baja di AS serta masalah pada pengelolaan perusahaan. Setelah dibubarkan, aset perusahaan kemudian dijual kepada International Steel Group pada tahun 2003.
Pada masa kejayaannya, Bethlehem Steel juga merupakan salah satu perusahaan pembuat kapal terbesar di dunia dan merupakan salah satu simbol industri Amerika. Kehancurannya sering kali dijadikan contoh terjadinya perubahan pada ekonomi AS serta ketidak mampuan perusahaan AS untuk bersaing dengan perusahaan asing yang memiliki buruh berupah rendah.
