Bette

Bette adalah makanan tradisional masyarakat kabupaten Soppeng yang terbuat dari padi ketan atau beras ketan (pulut). Masayarakat Soppeng dapat menghasilkan bette pada saat panen. Bette yang masih memiliki kulit padi dan isi bulirnya yang diolah menjadi bette. Makanan ini bisa berasa manis dan juga berasa asin. Juga bisa dari padi ketan hitam dan ketan putih.
