Bharat Swati


Bharat Swati (atau kadang-kadang BHEL Swati) adalah monoplane pelatihan dua kursi Indian dirancang oleh Technical Centre of Directorate General of Civil Aviation dan dibangun oleh Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited.

Swati adalah monoplane sayap rendah kantilever dengan pesawat tabung baja ditutupi kain di belakang dan bahan komposit di depan. Ia memiliki logam ekor permukaan dan sayap kayu dan landing gear tetap dengan nosewheel steerable. Swati memiliki 116 hp (87 kW) mesin piston Lycoming O-235 di depan mengemudi baling-baling dua-berbilah. Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara memerintahkan 40 untuk didistribusikan ke klub terbang sipil di India.
