Bofors 40 mm adalah senjata anti pesawat terkenal buatan Bofors dari Swedia. Senjata ini adalah salah satu senjata anti pesawat kelas menengah yang paling banyak dipakai pada Perang Dunia II, terutama digunakan oleh tentara Sekutu. Meriam ini biasa disebut sebagai Bofors gun.
