Boneka pertunjukan adalah sebuah oobyek, sering kali menyerupai manusia, hewan atau figur mistis, yang digerakkan atau dimanipulasi oleh seseorang yang disebut pementas boneka. Pementas boneka memakai gerak tangan, lengan atau alat kendali seperti tongkat atau tali untuk menggerakkan badan, kepala, lengan dan dalam beberapa kasus, mulut dan mata dari boneka pertunjukan tersebut.
